Crime, Mystery, Drama Short
OTV’s approach to distribution, care, and visibility reflects the very intentions behind NOIR, and my wider creative practice as a Black queer artist and cultural worker.
This fund would significantly expand my growth and visibility as a filmmaker. More than just a career milestone, it’s a pivotal investment - not only in me, but in the ripple effect of opportunity it could create for dozens of other talented Black filmmakers whose futures will be shaped by the visibility this project can bring.
